The following relates to testing carried out on Google Workspace Non-Profits Edition and the Devices > Mobile and endpoints screen in the Google Workspace Admin console. I refer to this screen as the Devices Admin Screen below.

Hopefully it will help you understand the many entries you may have on your Devices Admin screen, and where those entries can from and what you can do with them.
In summary: You will probably see duplicate entries for a physical PC in the Devices Admin Screen. There will be one entry per login to Google Workspace. Some entries have detailed information and some entries have limited information. The detailed information entries are generated by Chrome Browsers with Endpoint Verification installed. The limited information entries are generated by login's using any other browser, by Chrome when EPV is not installed and by Google Drive File Stream.
